Born and raised in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, Jennifer R. Robertson, formerly Jennifer A. Rutherford, is fulfilling her childhood dream of building a law practice in an area surrounded by familiar faces with the hometown charm and comfort of Historic Downtown Concord.  Jennifer is licensed in the state of North Carolina to practice law, specifically in the areas of family law, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, adoptions, collaborative divorce, marriage contracts, name changes, and judicial sales. 

Jennifer married her best friend, Max, in the Fall of 2011, after having known one another since the 3rd grade at Winecoff Elementary.  Jennifer’s family roots thrive as her parents and sister remain in Cabarrus County. Jennifer enjoys traveling to the North Carolina beaches and mountains with her husband, daughters (Madilynn and Delilah), and two dogs (Foxy and Tallulah), along with gardening, hiking, horseback riding and many other outdoor activities. 

After closing her physical office during Covid, Jennifer continues to provide the same exceptional service from the comfort of her home, ensuring her clients receive the care and attention they deserve. Jennifer is available to meet her clients in the Downtown Concord area when face-to-face meetings and document signing are necessary.
